French term or phrase: cumul des mandats
This (and several other terms that will be coming up) is a term from a glossary I'm translating for the advertising department of a TV station. I understand the concept, but can't put my finger on the right term in English. Here is the description given:

"Remise figurant aux conditions générales de vente des supports publicitaires (...) accordée en fonction du volume publicitaire et/ou de la part de marché et/ou de la progression réalisés par le mandataire sur l'ensemble de ses mandats dans un support, groupe de supports ou régie publicitaire..."

Elsewhere, I've translated "mandataire" as broker or agent, if that helps or hinders matters...

Thanks for any help you can offer.

Méri refined your suggestion a bit. In fact, thanks to a comment by Mary Lalevée, I've decided to use an older entry in th glossary ('de' rather than 'des' which is why it didn't show up in my original search); Special rates or Cumes agreement (a term used specifically in advertising by Nielsen). Thanks for the help nonetheless.

total sales, total orders

Explanation:
Though the definition of "remise" does NOT match "cumul", but rather would be the result of having a "cumul".

agree  Mary Lalevee: Yes, and I asked the same question not long ago. It's always worth checking with the Proz glossaries first. Discount based on volume.
