I would rephrase this slightly to avoid the major faux-pas of calling this a 'hostess agency', for example:

"Agency specialising in corporate receptionists and personnel for events, congresses, trade fairs" (or however you are choosing to translate événementiel)

Elle s'occupe également du standard téléphonique et peut être amené à effectuer des tâches de secrétariat comme la gestion du courrier, réservation de salles de réunion ou de taxis, commande de plateaux repas, notamment au sein des petites structures. Elle doit être disponible de 7h00 à 21h00, ce qui correspond en fait aux horaires d’ouvertures des entreprises, du lundi au vendredi. Les hôtesses d’accueil sont placées dans une entreprise pour une durée indéterminée. Elles ne sont pas amenées à changer régulièrement de lieu de travail. La majorité des postes sont à temps plein mais il est possible de travailler à temps partiel si vous avez un emploi du temps fixe. "
