This is from a fashion brand's in-house newsletter describing their upcoming sales campaign. I'm not sure I understand what they mean by "avec des suspensions":

- Les vitrines sont habillées d’une bâche noire sur lesquelles on retrouve le mot « soldes » dans toutes les langues : une bonne occasion de souligner la dimension internationale de l’entreprise ! Les réductions et les prix ronds sont présentés avec des suspensions et dans des tons flashys et colorés afin d’attirer immédiatement l’œil de notre cliente.

on hanging displays

Explanation:
I imagine they mean the prices etc. will be displayed in front of the black background on hanging elements in bright colours, so I suggest calling them "hanging displays" (they will probably be boards of some sort), or you could try "hanging elements"....
