French term or phrase: Les campagnes ça représente un vrai budget
This has to do with an advertising campaign. I'm having trouble with the construction of the first part of this sentence:

"Les campagnes ça représente un vrai budget, alors si XYZ peut t'en financer une partie, tu es forcément gagnant !"

I'm thinking that they're trying to say that campaigns are expensive...so if XYZ can pay for part of it, you're already winning...

Advertizing campaigns represent quite a big budget
Explanation:
You're right, in this case "un vrai budget" definitely means that advertizing campaigns can be very costly.

agree  Tony M: Though rather than the very informal 'quite a big', I'd probably go for 'a significant/substantial' etc.

-> Thank you Tony! I appreciate your comment. I'd hesitated about the register because of the original formulation which I found a little casual with the use of "ça" and the second person singular.

agree  Sheila Wilson: With Tony that this needs a more formal register than "quite a big", though. Note the spelling advertiSing (although you will find it spelt with a "Z", it isn't correct - the US agrees with the UK on this one).
