French term or phrase: qualité

The sentence is "les 10 commandements de la qualité"

I understand, that these are attributes/ skills, but to translate this as a sentence sounds wrong. What do you suggest?

For example the first of the 10 commandments is :

La qualité c'est la satisfaction du client par le meilleur produit au meilleur prix

The second is :

La qualité est un état d'ésprit. Chacun doit le créer et l'entretenir.

Would the translation of "qualité" be the same throughout?

I agree that from a commercial point of view qualitédoes not equal quality in English in the given context.

Firstly lets analyse the meaning in the sentence -"les 10 commandements de la qualité" -The 10 commandements for quality (lit). Yes we could say this but the question remains... quality in/of what? I think that in English we expect something extra, a noun to be added to express a state of quality. Eg quality of care, quality shopping, quality surroundings, quality of expression and so on.

This brings us to the examples given:

La qualité c'est la satisfaction du client par le meilleur produit au meilleur prix
(Lit.) Quality means a satified client with the best products at the best price. Might do, but if one rephrases it for an English audience will have a better chance that more Anglo Saxons will read it and buy the product(s)

Eg. What is more important in an English Market? Quality or client satisfaction? What does client satisfaction mean to us?/ to you, to me?
Quality satisfaction is/means: satisfying the client needs with the best products and the best prices.
La qualité est un état d'ésprit. Chacun doit le créer et l'entretenir
Moral quality: Created and maintained by everyone (something like that)
