Is there a way of translating this advertising concept preserving the sense of the French (in the domain of corporate gifts, giveaways, promotions, etc.?) I think you should keep object ...what would be odd in English would be the word communication as a noun, if you use a verb it is alright...
I mean here, object is opposed to written advertising message or filmed advertising message....
