"Présence d'un bloc marque XX sur toute l'édition "courses" de ASO.
L'agence [de pub] fournit dans les 2 jours un bloc marque validé par la marque. Le bloc marque signifie : Emblème à gauche + marque XX à droite."

It's not really a secret but I've blocked out the brand name just in case! It's a car manufacturer sponsoring the Tour de France. But not sure about 'bloc marque'.
