Explanation: as in 'communication interactive' = interactive advertising, which is the context of your text, isn't it?
It it would make sense here, interactive advertising, the webusers themselves are the ones who make the message come across.
I often hear people say things along the lines of "oh, lui, il travaille dans la com", meaning he's an ad man, works in communications, etc.

Explanation: It's definitely "communication". "Com" is one of those abbreviations that the French love to use ("ciné" and "restau" being perhaps the most familiar examples). "Com" is regularly used in the media and other fields here in France. For instance, you hear about the "com" of an advertising campaign, the "directeur de com" (or even "dircom" in extreme cases. Here, it's clearly a form of interactive communication that is launched by the web user.
