"On a noté une atténuation de 12 à 16 décibels entre un point fixe réalisé à l’intérieur de la structure, et un réalisé à l’extérieur de cette même structure. Le niveau sonore correspond alors au bruit d’une voiture au ralenti à 10 mètres."
Just need confirmation whether this reads as "a car breaking 10 metres away" or "a car breaking over 10 metres" - or have I missed something else!
