agree Charles Hawtrey: 'ground aircraft movements'. It's not water - it mentions "pistes", and that ain't water AFAIK. This is just a laborious definition of an entire airfield/airport area. //I saw that. Maybe 'surface aircraft movements'. Batiments & installations on water?
