This paragraph must define who is responsible for the planning of the work and the procedure according which the launching of the maintenance is carried out.
Describe the support documentation that will be produced to the JAR 145 workshop (all the works including the working cards, the list of the scheduled equipment removals, modifications to incorporate, etc...).

For the subcontracted works, a clear order must be given (launching order). This launching order is recorded for 2 years.

Explanation:
It seems that a distinction is being made between an order for a product (the "bon de commande") and an order for a service (the "bon de lancement"). I have also seen the term "project start-up form," which is the work order for project services.

agree  B D Finch: Your reference certainly looks relevant, however the English version is clearly a translation (overuse of definite article and ..ing). "Launch order" might be a possibility.
