La fonction de contrôle des charges utiles doit pouvoir afficher en temps réel et en continu les informations suivantes :
Les principaux paramètres de vol du VA (cap, vitesse, altitude)
Les capteurs actifs et les principaux paramètres associés à la "prise d’image" (a minima: orientation, focale, type de capteur et mode de fonctionnement)
La trace au sol des capteurs actifs ainsi que la position courante du VA sur fond cartographique ou sur fond d’image satellitaire au choix de l’opérateur
La charge utile effectivement contrôlée par l’opérateur.

Any help :) how to translate this "prise d’image" here.

Maybe image capture? It could also mean "snapshot." Is the term in quotes in the original text? Or was that your designation to distinguish the word in question? If the quotations were in the original, I'm wondering if "snapshot" wouldn't make sense because it is a little more figurative in this case than image capture.

Your overall context is far from clear, but as they mention 'focal length', it sounds vaguely photographic, in which case this might be the best solution; not clear why they put it in quotes, or is that you?

Note that 'shot' more usually translates 'prise de vue', but I assume they call it an 'image' here because it is for technical purposes — you could I suppose say 'image shot', but frankly, I think it's unnecessary.

In the full text of the examples below, the expression "prise d'images" refers both to photo and video cameras being allowed in court in Quebec. I realize that the context is different, but the target term works well also in the case of the question.
