Probably going a bit too far, suggesting a weaving mill etc. (à la Yorkshire woollen mills etc.). Also, 'factory' is again not a very appealing word to use in marketing --- why say 'ruined hovel' when you can say 'character cottage'?!
I think 'farm' is OK, it ought to be clear from your advert context that it is referring to the building only, and I really don't believe that another (concise) term exists.
Other spelling : magnaneraie. I would leave the word in French followed by df's translation in between brackets. This activity was a big thing here in southern France a century ago.
Are you trying to tell us the ad consisted of one word "magnanerie"? If so, I hope you're getting a good rate per word.
