B) Le Licencié, désirant vendre ou faire vendre les variétés couvertes par les **Certificats d’Obtentions
Végétales** dont la liste est annexée aux présentes à l’annexe I «VARIETES», s’est déclaré intéressé par
des concessions, en sa faveur, des licences d’exploitation desdites variétés, ce qui été accepté par le Concédant.
Je comprends à peu près de quoi il s'agit, mais ne vois pas comment traduire "obtention végétale"... Merci d'avance! |

| Grading comment Thanks a lot... I had eventually found the answer roaming the EU websites.
Haven't been to Poland in recent years, but have visited several times Warsaw, Krakow, Gdansk and - only twice - Wroclaw in the late 70's-early 80's.
