Presumably your context will give you some inkling as to what they are actually thinking of, but if your éleveurs produce goat meat, it might be things like distributing recipes using goat meat in supermarkets to encourage consumption, developing a line of goatburgers in the local takeaways, finding suppliers to mount goats' horns so they can be fitted to car bonnets, the world's their oyster.
