French term or phrase: les bénéficiaires des activités.
Au terme de l’année de mise en œuvre de nos activités, le projet fera tache d’huile dans la région et les partenaires seront satisfaits et nombreux à solliciter notre appui dans d’autres localités. Nous allons dans la mesure du possible, faire une enquête d’évaluation au niveau locale, avec comme interlocuteurs *les bénéficiaires des activités*. Après une analyse de ces informations collectées et une bonne interprétation, nous nous rendrons compte de l’orientation de nos interventions dans la zone.

Would it be OK to say "recipients"? Or "project benefactors"? I'm just not sure if that is the right term here...

I don't think you can receive an activity, so recipients sounds odd.

Try to make it sound natural.

I think you have mistaken the meaning of "benefactor" - it's the one who does good (from Latin benefacere, to do a service), not the one who benefits.

You had the correct idea and by the way whether it is French from Mali, Senegal, Mauritania or Morocco it is all the same - only colloquial expressions may vary (from region to region) not the language itself.
