Avec cette fiche, toutes les parcelles de l’exploitation (Communes, Privées) étaient recensées avec les superficies et la fiche utilisation d’intrants permettait de nous renseigner sur les *intrants appliqués et les différentes doses*.
I'm not sure what he means here.

I am doing regularly translations for a company makin spraying control equipment.
It means the quantity of chemicals/fertilizers used on a field and the rate at which they are being applied by a sprayer

chemicals is short for plant protection chemicals [herbicides, fungicides, etc] and if the second part of the sentence include a specification of the inputs it should be said application rate of the chemicals and fertilizer or ... rates at which fertilizers and chemicals are being applied |
