This is in the list of business activities of a company that manufactures cereal dryers. Dispute over a damaged dryer. Could it be "support" of some kind?

La société XXX ayant pour activité la conception, les études techniques, la commercialisation, la réalisation, la fabrication, le montage, l’accueil, l’entretien et le dépannage de toute installation destinée au séchage et au traitement des céréales, a sous-traité la fabrication des installations qu’elle commercialise à la STE YYYY.

In context the literal translation sems to work OK.

Reception or receipt (of goods) both work. Receipt on its own, without any qualifier, could read as a receipt docket.
