Explanation:
This is probably what the GDT calls a "cultivateur canadien", for which it gives the rather too facile English "Canadian cultivator". The latter does not Google well, so the thing is almost certainly called something else usually. However, here it is probably being used in a generic sense (like charrue and tracteur), so perhaps just "cultivator" would do.
