Contexte:

"Beside ceramics, the funeral accoutrements include objects made from precious stones, shells, bone, metal, canine teeth and **pointes de raie,** all of which were often worn as part of a necklace or pendant."

I believe the more common French appellation is "dard de raie", but I'm venturing a guess that "pointe de raie" is the same thing.
