Art/Literary - Architecture / museum architecture
French term or phrase: haut de nef
Does anyone know what this area of a museum might be called??? Thanks!

Haut de nef, comptoir d’information des visiteurs individuels

English translation:top end of (central) nave
Explanation:
I think the "haut" here probably refers to the top or far end of this part of the building. If the museum is one such as the Grand Palais, its central building is called the Nave.

Notes to answerer
Asker: yes, this is a museum. would there be a more "common" way to refer to this, as "vaulted nave" seems rather technical - this is a document for provision of services within the museum (like an request for tender) ... thanks!

Asker: actually just found it on their website - they refer to it as the Nave (central hall) ... thank you!!!!!!!
