agree  1045: 1. Buildings used by the Prime Minister's office (not 'property', not 'department') 2. '1er ' should not be used in this context

Offices of the Prime Minister

Explanation:

At first, I was going to submit "Buildings that housed the offices of the Prime Minister," since the focus of the source text seems to be on the buildings themselves. It then seemed a bit too wordy for English, as well as a bit out of place, since the other two items on the list were actually proper names of specific buildings rather than descriptions.

In contast, "Offices of the Prime Minister" works fine by itself. It’s to the point and consistent in function with the other listings, being a name rather than a description. Importantly, it still places the focus on the building. Unlike "services" which usually denotes just the adminstrative aspects and therefore needs the additional descriptive "Immeubles du" to focus attention on the structure itself, "offices" is understood to mean both the adminstrative aspects and the building in which they're housed, and therefore works in a stand-alone fashion.
