This is from a fire engine (water tender) spec.
It is referring to the fact that this tender can be further equipped for road traffic accident scenarios.
"L'équipement intègre aussi la possibilité d'être transformé très facilement en Fourgon Pompe Tonne Secours Routier 5 (voir exemple d'aménagement joint). Il a été étudié dans le but de pouvoir *satisfaire à d'éventuels glissement d'engin* vers des centres d'intervention dans lequels ne se justifie pas la présence d'un VSR mais seulement l'intégration de matériels de secours routier sans véhicule ni infrastructures supplémentaires".

I suspect that it can be missed out altogether ("designed for incident response centres which cannot justify...") but I'd like some confirmation that I'm not missing anything vital here.
