Feux code is the low/dipped beam headlights (those required by the highway code)

AR is normally "arrière" which is "rear".

But, it seems unlikely that these two would be paired in any reasonable sentence - although they might be as, taken together, they represent the legal minimum requirement for driving at night.

Which is why we need the context...
