Context: Belgium. This document concerns a company and not a private individual.

this is a French reference but IMO there's no reason it's different in Belgium:

agree  writeaway: surely in the glossary and also all over the www. The fact the doc is from Belgium makes no difference. agree with you that it's a non-pro question.

agree  polyglot45: I thought we said "private car" but the French is correct
