However, I believe here that it refers to the structure, or frame, of the greenhouse used for growing plants so that this is the height under the greenhouse frame or structure. The vertical space available used for growing plants under the greenhouse frame or structure is the growing height. Head room would be the available vertical space for a standing person. I've posted two different ways of referring to the height of the greenhouse.
