Whilst there was an improvement of the burden of risk/exposure in 1998 Explanation: It's good to have the term in it's paragraph, but we still know nothing of the background story. My answer is "context-free"! - Whilst there was an improvement of the burden of risk/exposure in 1998 - Although there was a decrease in the risk/exposure burden in 1998 A lot will depend on what the risk is. "Risque" may be better translated by "exposure", just as "improvement" with reference to a burden generally implies a reduction, hence "decrease". Lots of guesswork for lack of context - sorry. |
