I am proposing a number of alternatives: "scope of transfer of assets/property" If you are convinced that "transaction" applies, then "scope of transaction". If finance is the operative factor, then "scope of disposals" [cf Termium: English:Financial Accounting disposals s CORRECT OBS - Compare to «additions». s] If "financial assets" are involved, how about "disposition of financial assets"? [cf Termium: disposition of financial assets] Finally, there is the simple term, *transfer*, which is what LGDT offers--it looks quite persuasive to me!
