Has to do with exercise of a stock option.
I found "compte nominatif pur" as "issuer registration account." Are they talking about the same thing?
In addition, I found "issuer registration account" in Termium, but have not been able to confirm it in any other sources, except for 1 occurrence found on the Internet with AltaVista.

I wonder whether anyone actually uses this procedure anywhere besides in Lithuania and in the head of Linda Collier, who is Termium's source for the term--I've also tried looking for other combinations, based on terms from Termium, in Alta Vista, etc. (terms like: registered stock account; current non-transferable stock account, etc.), and am not coming up with anything else, either.
