Yes, you've got it right! Explanation: I tried all kinds of search engines earlier today, and managed to turn up nothing except a monolingual (French) glossary of acronyms. But I hadn't tried Northern Light, where, miracle of miracles, I came up with an amazing 402 items in 125 sources! And yes, it has to do with getting share warrants to "salariés."
