those who have been struck off Explanation: Whilst I would go along with DELTRA for the meaning of "write-off" as this has a particular meaning , such as write off bad debts for example, I think that as the text in question clearly refers to the contracts/individuals/accounts (in that sense) then I do not think that the term "write-offs" is used. At least, I have neevr seen or heard it used in this context in England. Write off = generally (CHtrd Instit of Bankers Insurance Dictionary) is "to delete an asset from the accounts becasue it has depreciated (or been written down) so far that it no longer has any book value". As I understand it, that is not the same as someone who has been struck off. The GDT (under "radier" > "assurance"), as I see it, confirms this way of looking at it. Indeed, I can come up with no nice neat way of saying "les radiés" except for "those who have been struck off". (Wouldn't it be lovely to be able to say "the struck off ones" ?!) write off, to radier v.
