The Société Générale web site gives the following in its glossary:

French: COMPTE NOMINATIF ADMINISTRE: Compte de titres nominatifs par le titulaire chez un intermédiaire habilité de son choix. Le titulaire n'a de relations qu'avec l'intermédiaire, en particulier, pour le paiement des coupons, sauf pour certaines informations que l'émetteur doit lui adresser.

English: "ADMINITRE" [sic] REGISTERED SHARE ACCOUNT : A shareholder's registered share account held through an authorized intermediary of his choice. The holder deals only with the intermediary, in particular for the payment of coupons, except for certain specific information that the issuer must provide him with.

In other words, even the experts don't know how it should be translated!

However, the Eurodisney site gives the following clue in the notice of its AGM

Les propriétaires d'actions nominatives devront être inscrits en compte nominatif pur ou en compte nominatif administré au plus tard cinq jours avant la date fixée pour cette assemblée ;

Holders of registered shares must be inscribed on the Company’s share register or on an externally administered register at the latest five days prior to the date of the meeting ;
