English law likes the word "reckless" when describing unreasonable behaviour. It can be qualified to refer to anything starting with plain old misuse down to an absolute failrue to respect any of the terms and conditions agreed at the outset.

Who graded the first answer given with this undeserved '0' ?

Even though not 100 % correct, this 0-grade cannot be accepted.
Please remember that -as of now- people will be able to see all site statistics, including the overall KudoZ-grades & the KudoZ-specific grades given.
A '0' isn't exactly very helpful (nor deserved in this case), if you like good (honest) grades...

MLalevee: I have a question related to my answer: if you accepted my answer as 'most helpful' since you used it('totally unacceptable behaviour/conduct'), then why did you award the KudoZ points to somebody else?
This will also be reflected in my overall grades.
Mind you, I don't care so much for not getting the points, but I do like being treated correctly.
I'm stating this here because just recently one of my answers was graded 3 times '0' by colleagues, while it turned out later that my answer was the only correct one.

And no, I don't really like this nor do other ProZ members ( I get complaints once in a while as I 'moderate' some language pairs, hence also my reaction here).
Why bother answering KudoZ questions when such things happen (more & more/ more often)?
