In the minutes of an executive board meeting, the sentence reads: '..le Conseil indique ne pas envisager de procéder dans le futur à des cessions contraires à l'intérêt social de l'entreprise.' For 'intérêt social' I am leaning toward 'the company's interest,' but maybe it's more specific?
