businesses or business unit coverable under the acquisition

Explanation:
I think it refers to changing the policy and which business will still be coverable after the acquisition by the same policy to be decided by some sort of ocmmission

admissibles to me means admissible à la couverture

here are some sample in French of that:

de personnes croient que leur régime provincial d'assurance-maladie couvrira ... charge
en raison d'une invalidité) est admissible à la couverture des personnes ...

I don\'t know if say Coverable under the policy but that is what is means and I can\'t think of how to say that exactly right

ádmissible in English is for court cases and this is not what is being discussed, IMO

Assignment of rights to future commissions on any business covered under the sale

Explanation:
I know I’m coming along over a month late on this one, and I hope you got your problem solved, but I wanted to take a whack at this.

You probably have a better idea of whether the dispute involved the sale of a business, but that’s what it looks like to me. If so, then “transfert” = “assignment,” and “droits” = plain old “rights.” Insurance agents derive their livelihood from commissions on the insurance they sell, so if party A sold the business to party B, the core of the business being sold would be those commissions, whether residual commissions, or those from new sales from leads developed by the previous owner. Finally, there is the term you needed, “admissible à” = covered under (i.e., those items/parts of the business that were being sold).

Assignment of rights to future commissions on any business covered under the sale.
