exclusivity agreement Explanation: As the others said, that's pretty much what it is. Someone allows someone else to be, for example, the exclusive distributer of their product in a given area, etc. Exclusivity contract works, but a quick search on Altavista turned up 533 "exclusivity agreements" as opposed to 173 "contracts". Take you're pick. Agreement and contract are pretty much used interchangeably. It's mainly a matter of usage and preference. |
