not a translation Explanation: in france you've got three main markets 1)Premier Marché" fot the main stocks, some values can be sold or bought with the SRD system (you pay the stocks you bought at the end of the month=règlement différé) or you pay them cash (au comptant) so this market corresponds to 2 different markets 2)Second Marché, Nouveau Marché et Marché Libre are other markets for lower value stocks hope it can help a bit |

Quoted/Listed/Floated in the Direct Settlement compartment of the (French?) Bourse Explanation: If it is the French Stock Market, there are, to my knowledge, 3 compartments: the deceased RM or Réglement Mensuel now resuscitated as SRD or Service de Réglement Differé where the bigger companies are eligible to float and where brokers give investors the chance to only pay for shares bought throughout a given month at the end of it plus the chance, I believe to buy shares for more money than they have. Smaller companies such as the one in question here get quoted on the "Marché Comptant" where investors pay for shares when they buy them and are typically not eligible for the credit buying of more shares than investors can afford. High-tech start ups make up most of the third compartment "Nouveau Marché. Sorry if it's a bit muddled; in a dash Stock market dabbling |

Sylvain): SPOT MARKET Marché au comptant "Marché dans lequel le règlement et la livraison de marchandises ont lieu immédiatement, compte tenu toutefois du délai de quelques jours nécessaire à l'enregistrement de la transaction" see above |
