1) Renforcer la coordination des operateurs d'un meme pays et faciliter les synergies et l'integration de fonctions: logique de resultats
2) Porter le cahier des charges du metier de l'express et l'inscrire dans une logique de 'franchise': logique de developpement"
This is a package delivery company so "express" refers to its express delivery service. I think it's saying that the express delivery department should operate more like a franchise operation, but am not sure that's correct or how to word it. Thanks, Karen
