French term or phrase: notification concentration / DOJ
This is from a CV so there's little context.
Under the heading "Directeur Juridique (for a large auto manufacturer)":
- Notification concentration
- OPA aux Etats-Unis et notification DOJ
English translation:Notification concentration or Notification of concentration (s)
Based on the references below (+ google web site) I don't think "Notification concentration" needs to be translated.
OPA aux Etats-Unis et notification DOJ:
Tender offer(s) in the United States and notifications to the Department of Justice.
Good luck :)

Many thanks to both of you. The Web sites you sited do seem to support "notification" for the first term, though I'm wondering if "merger" might work better in the U.S. than "concentration." Right after I asked the question, I realized what DOJ referred to (I live in the U.S.). Karen
