I am not familiar with this use of "prescription" - anyone able to help me on this one?

Incidentally is "réseaux de partenariat" "partnership networks" ?

I confess that I really need to read a few recent business magazines before taking on my next business article. I am not "au courrant" with the latest tendencies and find my office experience of fifteen years ago to be now almost obsolete.

thought leader networks
Explanation:
'un prescripteur' is often translated in a marketing context as a thought leader, so 'réseaux de prescription' here refers to 'thought leader networks'.

You're right with partnership networks, but I would translate the whole sentence as follows:

"However, a tendency has emerged. Whilst remaining faithful to its original field of application, tomorrow's CRM will become both more masterful and more strategic, with greater emphasis placed on positioning and the development of thought leader and partnership networks"

concerned professional networks

Explanation:

How about "trend" for "tendance" rather than "tendency"?

Explanation:
I know that you have already chosen a "winner" on this, but having just come across a definition of this term "prescription" in a book on launching a consulting business, I thought I should share it with you. This book places emphasis on the importance of developing a network of "prescipteurs." See Yves André Perez, "Le grand guide du métier de consultant" , published under the auspices of the Institut pour le Développement du Conseil d'Entreprise (IDCE) by Maxima, Paris, 2001. Here is the context:

Hope you find this helpful.
