Proposal Rationale Explanation: Depending on the exact context, "investment rationale" might be a bit awkward. It might do for the title of a document, but for a description of the document it would be lest awkward to say "Rationale for the investment." This document would justify the costs involved in making the investment in terms of the pospective market for the product, etc., to show that the price bid is neither absurdly low nor unreasonably high given the services that would need to be offered. This is interesting because the person seeking the bid seems afraid of receiving low-ball bids from service providers who might subsequently raise the prices of services once they have secured the job. |
