|Attribution of jurisdiction|
I think in this case, you should keep the word "attribution"
One attributes the case to the courts of the jurisdiction where the company is incorporated.

declaration of jurisdiction
I supposed you could choose several different words for attribution, among them assignment, but I think declaration is probably best

For the title of a clause there are two commonly-used headings :
- Jurisdiction Clause
I would avoid "attribution of jurisdiction". I have never seen the term used , except in translations. No, I am not saying it does not exist, just that in my experience, it is not the usual term.
Jurisdiction clause is how such clauses are referred to in fact, although it is also sometimes used as a heading for one. The most common heading, is "jurisdiction".
