French to English translations [PRO]
Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / Contract for provision of services | | French term or phrase: apporter...missions de conseil et d'assistance | From a contract between a company and a 'business introducer'. I ALWAYS have trouble with 'mission', and in this case I'm having trouble with the whole first part of the sentence.
"xxx fera ses meilleurs efforts pour apporter à [company name] des missions de conseil et assistance de taille significative dans les principaux domaines de compétence de celle-ci"
[Company name] is a bank that provides consultancy services in the areas of mergers, acquisitions and structured financing. |

When I worked for a consultancy we called them 'projects'.
I might also suggest 'new business development partner' for 'business introducer.'
