French term or phrase: vendeur magasinier en outillage specialisé
This is from a CV. The person received a CAP with a specialty in "vendeur magasinier en outillage specialisé." He later worked as a "vendeur magasinier en pieces detachées automobile." Is this a fancy name for a store room clerk who also sells parts to customers? Thanks, Karen

I suppose you could replace 'tools' with whatever fits the context best (tooling, parts, equipment, etc.), and 'automotive parts' could be used for the second phrase.

Now I understand why I was confused. I thought "magasinier" referred to warehouse work when it's actually an adjective for "store." Thanks for your help. Karen
