French term or phrase: a ce titre de part ni d'autre
Here's the context:
...sans qu'aucune indemnite ne puisse etre reclamee a ce titre de part ni d'autre.

I have a rough translation of this as: "without any compensation being able to be claimed by either party."

Do you agree?

I chose to translate it as "without either party being able to claim compensation in this regard," but I couldn't have done it without your input! Thank you.

"considering that" is probably clumsy or unclear , the rest , in my view is cristal-clear ...In any case , Mark's proposal is much better , although , I think, "being able" is too vague...

-> Thank you Richard! "No compensation may be claimed" doesn't make sense? "by either of the two parties" doesn't make sense? I must be making a bad dream, help me get out of it if you are awake!
