Le groupe XXXX en Europe et en France est reconnu comme le leader de la viande européenne. A ce titre, la majorité des entreprises françaises se félicite de coopérer avec une telle organisation. De plus, les difficultés économiques dans ce secteur inciteraient beaucoup d'entreprises à travailler avec le groupe XXXX par sécurité.
Il se trouve aussi que, au sein du groupe XXXX, beaucoup de morceaux de viande sont mieux ***revalorisés*** dans nos entreprises, aux Pays-Bas comme en Allemagne. Cette dernière remarque est très certainement le point fort de notre organisation.

From what you say above, the cuts get better prices so they are more profitable or give a better return. This is still how I understand it.

I agree with Marc's answer as a translation of the whole phrase, but as you only put the single word **revaloriser**, I assume you may have been looking for a translation of this particular word.

I would also suggest **achieve greater added value** for the whole phrase, as "added value" is an economics term, which has become generalised in ordinary English.
