Il est formé entre les soussignés et tout producteur au Groupement de Producteurs de vins AOC Cotes de Duras, à titre quelconque en devenir membres, un Groupement d'Intéret Economique (GIE) régi par l'Ordonnance no. 67-821 du 23 septembre 1967, les présents status et le reglement intérieur.

Something's got to be missing from the French, even with the correction to "UN titre". Still doesn't sound right. Try the above, with a translator's end note: "One or more words appear to be missing from the original text and the translation represents our best effort to make sense of it." Or ask the client to fill in the missing bits.
