What does RS stand for? Not much context, I'm afraid, because it's from a list of employee suggestions:

  -> Sorry about the mistake... However I'm sure about the meaning IN THIS CONTEXT of RS. I'm assuming the company is a manufacturer/reseller of franking machines or maybe a printing company, and he/she suggests more reactivity when a customer asks a change in

As mentioned, I don't think company reg. n° is likely in a list of employee suggestions.
Have you considered "raison sociale" = company name?
