Bus/Financial - Business/Commerce (general) / Moroccan tender regulations | | French term or phrase: appel d'offres au rabais | | Contracts based on an invitation to tender. Invitations to tender may be "fait au rabais" or "sur offres de prix". What is the equivalent of an invitation to tender "fait au rabais" please? I'm most grateful for all help offered. |
