"dans le cabinet, l’affectio societatis est fondamental" This refers to a law firm whose policy is to favour the interests of the firm as a whole and not the individual lawyers. this is the closing sentence to the article. I understand the meaning (here I think it is more "desire to work as one" rather than to literally form a company) but can't think of a snappy equivalent.
